Born in Toronto, and bred in Britain, Nick Boothby returned home in the late 1970's after seventeen eventful years in Central Africa.
Nick managed the sales offices of Air Portugal in central & western Canada, and mid-west USA, for eight years. He became Marketing Director of North America's largest motor-home holiday company. Then, after seven years as Sales & Marketing Manager of two major Toronto cable TV companies, Nick entered Real Estate.
His Realtor career is "Bigger in the Beach" but includes deals all over Toronto. Nick has worked just as hard for a $1100 rental as for a $11.8 Million purchase.
He specializes in selling exclusive homes, in all price ranges. But he has many highly-satisfied buyers too.
Nick provides his clients with finely-tuned marketing abilities, strong professional writing skills, and an interior decorator's eye to maximize a home's appeal for sale. His legal training is invaluable in negotiations. He continually updates his Realtor knowledge; and has earned his "e-Agent" and "Real Estate Planner" certificates.
His life partner, Christine, and extended family of children and grandchildren are Nick's reason to continually deliver his very best to his much-valued clients.
