Pius Ugoh will be serving you at Unity Mortgage Corporation in the capacity of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Principal Broker. His North American experience started in 1987 at Canadian ADP as an Account Receivable Officer and later became the company’s Billing Administrator. After his university education at York University in 1995, he joined the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Finance Inc. (CIBC Finance Inc.) as Loan Interest Relief Analyst. In 2002, Pius Ugoh joined the Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada as a Consultant and later became Senior Mortgage Consultant.

He holds a Masters of Science degree from the Niagara University, New York, a Public School Teacher Certification in Business and Marketing from University of the State of New York (SUNY), State Education Department, New York and an Ontario Teacher Certification in Business, Accounting, Individual and Society by the Ontario College of Teachers. He is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a Financial Service Underwriter, a Licensed Mortgage Broker by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. His other formal education includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from College of Education, Warri. He is a part-time Business faculty member at Niagara College Canada and an Expatriate Business Educator at Canadian Trillium College, Jinhua Campus, China.
