PERSONAL BACKGROUND: Lynne became a Realtor in Vernon in 1993 with Realty World Downtown Realty, which later morphed into Royal LePage Downtown Realty. Prior to her real estate career, she was an international sales and marketing manager for a division of an Australian conglomerate selling into the European housewares market. She speaks French, has a negotiating diploma from Oxford and a unique set of skills in real estate, marketing and financial planning. Her approach is straight forward, with a view to a life-long real estate plan. She now helps the children of many of her original clients. Community involvement for Lynne has most often taken the route of town planning. Currently she is with the Affordable Housing Committee at the City of Vernon. She is also very aware of environmental change and has a growing resource portfolio for helping with energy conservation. Lynne supports the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, with its financial aid providing shelters for women and children.
