New Full Service Property Management 

As many of you are already aware, I hold a real estate licence in Hong Kong.

With many of my client investors located off shore, I’ve had to develop a property management service to look after their needs.

With the growing demand of investors in Toronto and the dissatisfaction many have with local unlicenced property management services, I will now being offering this same high level of service in Toronto.

Because we are already set up to provide this service, you find our fees to be reasonable and most likely lower then most local competitors, only $369 per year.

With my connections in Asia, I also tend to have access to long and short-term relocations and international students, which tend to rent for 2-5 years and focus primarily on their studies.

Our service is not only guaranteed, we are also insured for your protection. Many property managers don’t carry insurance because they are either not licensed (no licence is required) or because of the expense involved.  For us, because we are licensed, it is a requirement under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act to carry insurance
