As a reminder, please note that the automatic MLS Data Import process for the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) is now complete with the first automatic MLS Data Import process into the OnlineOffice occurring on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2008.  If you have not already done so, please review the following important information to familiarize yourself with this new process, its functionality and next steps.

1. From the OnlineOffice Dashboard, select Storage > Century21.ca Storage > System Storage > MLS Data Import > RAHB and download the 'MLS Listing Import Fact Sheet - RAHB'.  We encourage you to print a copy and familiarize yourself with its contents.

2. To ensure that the property listing data entered by Users directly into the OnlineOffice is not compromised, it is critical that you review and select the appropriate update status in the OnlineOffice for each property listing. Please refer to the MLS Import Fact Sheet for detailed information on the update statuses. PLEASE NOTE: Some update statuses may result in the MLS Data Import process overwriting the existing property data and photos in the OnlineOffice. Be sure to review the MLS Listing Import Fact Sheet carefully for more details.

3. Only those companies that have submitted a completed ‘MLS Data Agreement - RAHB' are included in the automatic MLS Data Import process.  Please see your Broker for additional information regarding this functionality.

4. The automatic upload process will match the MLS LAG ID (MLS Listing Agent ID) for the appropriate MLS listing to the Sales Representative's MLS LAG ID entered into the OnlineOffice. It is imperative that the User record is updated with their RAHB MLS LAG ID to ensure the association of property data is processed to the correct individual.
