  I am a BY REFERRAL ONLY AGENT.  What does that mean to you?  I must supply the highest level of personal service with careful attention to their specific needs in purchasing a home, or in marketing their largest asset - their personal home.  And I do!  My clients enjoy a SUPPORT BLANKET OF SOLUTIONS to deal with all the issues that come up in moving - quality handymen, professional stagers, cleaning services, movers, whatever...  I've developed a dedicated network of reliable professionals to meet the need!  Every client on closing receives a business card book of SELECT QUALITY SERVICE PROVIDERS for their ongoing home care as part of their CELEBRATION!

   Marketing your home or condo is Number ONE with me!  My clients enjoy effective, polished and proven techniques - that SELL homes.  Your home will be showcased on OVER 20 websites for viewing 24/7 for the most exposure to buyers. AND - your home will have it's OWN personal website!  Professional colour feature sheets, sleek web commercials, top-line photography and staging services to enhance and manicure your home...I leave no stone unturned.   My goal is to sell your home - not just list your home.

   Buying or selling a home can be a stressful process - especially today!  I make time to educate my clients at every step, so they know what to expect in the process.  My clients understand the current market as it changes.  My clients understand the deals they sign.  We work as a team and the deal we make is THE RIGHT DEAL.

My Personal Standards..

A client on appointment is #1 with me.  I turn my phone off during appointments so that client gets 100% of my attention.  I check voicemail and pages afterward and get back to other clients immediately.

Client communication with vendors is critical.  My sellers receive the level of feedback that works for them.  At minimum, an activity report is generated and sent by email on Fridays, of what has transpired throughout the week.

I commit to being there for my clients AFTER the sale or purchase, on an ongoing basis to assist as I can.  I'm a service provider and want to be your realtor for life!

I keep business hours between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM Monday to Friday.  I return phone calls within a 2 hour timeframe during those hours - or I buy you lunch!  And, I'm always reachable on weekends...  SO CALL ME!
