Enduring Purpose (My Reason For Being In Business) To inspire, inform, and provide extraordinary service to others seeking to fulfill their real estate dreams and to protect and prosper with their real estate investment(s). Future Focus (What am I Striving to Achieve) • My business volume has dictated that I build a dedicated team to better serve my clients, and our team is organized, integrity-driven, and having fun helping others • Our team and our website have become the “go-to” resource centre for real estate and home ownership information in Brantford and the surrounding areas. • We give back to our community with our time and our money • We are continually focused on learning so that we can bring more value to our clients, and more fulfillment in our own lives. • Trust and communication are everything in a relationship whether it is business or personal • By being of service to others, bringing value to my clients, and by doing the right thing for the right reasons, I will live a happy and fulfilling life, and my business will grow and be self-sustaining • There is an abundance of wealth in our industry and in our community – there’s more than enough to go around – so there is no need and no place for cut-throat and unethical behaviours when dealing with clients, fellow realtors, or the public. • With the proper planning, guidance, and knowledge, investing in real estate will improve anyone’s financial net worth My Practices (What I Do) • I work hard and work full-time to help my clients achieve their goals, and I do so with a patient, kind and genuinely caring demeanor. • I care - for my clients and for my community, and about doing what is right for them • I listen twice as much as I speak - there is a reason we have 2 ears and only one mouth. Understanding my clients’ situation and their needs is important to me. I maintain open and timely communication. • I operate a systems-based business which ensures consistency of service, and attention to appropriate details and deadlines. • I make a substantial annual investment in a real estate coaching program and other educational seminars to continually improve myself and my business, ensuring that my clients have access to cutting edge technology and techniques • I gratefully acknowledge referrals made to me, and provide my best service to them because I understand that my actions reflect not only on my business, but on the valued client that referred someone to me. • I give back by donating a portion of every sale to the Children’s Miracle Network, and by volunteering with various charitable and not-for-profit organizations in the city, and/or participating in their events.
