Here is an example of true and genuine care for clients...My husband and I unexpectedly became pregnant while still living in a single bedroom at my parent's house.  When I was five months pregnant I was approved for a mortgage and was anxious to find a perfect home for our new baby.  We had many specific needs, wants and concerns about finding our first home, and we didn't think we would find one before the baby's due date which was four months away.  We knew that there was no such thing as the perfect home and that second best was what we should go for so that we wouldn't end up with fourth or fifth best.  My husband and I were referred to Sofi and, as first time home buyers, we had done our research on home buying, but naturally we were still nervous.  We met with Sofi in her office and she took the time to explain everything we asked and anything we didn't know to ask about with great patience and warmth.  She certainly listened quite carefully to our needs and wants, because the next day she had selected several listings for us that she felt suited us best, and a couple of days later we viewed four or five houses.  The next day we had bought our first home, which was in fact the first house Sofi chose for us to view.  After living in our new home for the last two months, we can say for sure that Sofi found the perfect house for our new family.  A very large townhouse in a beautiful area near all amenities where we can feel most comfortable raising our precious baby girl.  We expected to have to move to a larger home in two to five years like most new home buyers to accommodate a growing family, but this house which Sofi found for us, will last us easily for twenty years or more.  The greatest part of all this is that Sofi not only found a large enough house for us, but for $22,500 less than what we had planned to spend on a mortgage.  Despite all the time and money restrictions as well as our pickiness, Sofi far surpassed all and any expectations we had in her as a real estate agent -- and now friend.
