Having recently purchased a home with the assistance of Danielle Morris, We can certainly recommend her exemplary service. Danielle Morris saved my deal!!! After spending months with me tirelessly looking for the perfect home, she found it !. It was a complicated sale as the owner had died and his 3 heirs made things very difficult by not being honest and forgetting to go through probate , etc etc. Danielle handled every problem with integrity, calm and finesse, On top of all that, she managed to get me a whopping $30,000 off the sale price at a time when homes were selling at 100% of asking prices. Needless to say i wont be using anyone else for my real estate needs.
