I first met Cathy four months ago, when I called her from a sign that was on one of her listed properties. From that time on, Cathy has managed to totally change my impression of real estate agents. Cathy was the first agent that I had dealings with who put the interests of her clients first. Cathy listened to what my needs were in a home and kept me up to date immediately when listings became available and when they sold. She was always available, and on short notice. During inspection of homes she pointed out not only the positive features, but the negative ones as well. Items that I would not have noticed, but ones that I was very grateful that she did point out. When it came time to sell my home, her diligence was evident in her research and knowledge of the neighbourhood. She even helped out with decorating to perfect the house for quick sale, which happened in just over one week. Cathy is extremely dedicated to her profession and equally to her clients.
