February 24th, 2007 We where referred to JoAnn Visaretis by our friends who sold their home & bought a condo with JoAnn. JoAnn helped our parents find a condo after downsizing from their home. Then JoAnn worked for us to find us a condo after selling our home in Oakville. JoAnn worked with us & spent quite a lot of time to explore the city in terms of lifestyle, location & types of buildings & helped us narrow down to 2 buildings.
