Selling your home and buying another can be extremely stressful. You probably get advertisements from realtors each and every day and don't know which ones you can trust. Throw those annoying flyers away. Wilson Verduga is the guy you need.... Proof is in the results: we sold our house in a down market but managed to get 99% of asking price. Wilson held six Open Houses in the first three weeks and gave us great advice on how to best 'stage' the house for prospective buyers (...or maybe he just liked eating the cookies we baked before every Open House). On the purchase side, we were VERY picky about what we wanted to buy. Wilson had no problem accommodating us; we looked at approx. 30 different houses within a two month period, some of them more than once. In the end we managed to find our dream home in the right neighbourhood (and we got it for a steal, too!). While many agents are nothing but flashy salesmen, Wilson stands out as a rather quiet and reserved guy. But make no mistake - he's a strategist. He's an expert on getting little tidbits and clues from other realtors about their buyer or seller; information that helped us immensely in our negotiations. We are - admittedly - very demanding clients. We monopolized a lot of Wilson's time but he was always available to answer any question or set up a meeting on short notice. He provided us with all the relevant information and sat back to let us make the decisions we were most comfortable with. Wilson did a great job for me. He answered queries promptly, followed up on issues promptly when they arose, ran a great open house (two on back-to-back days in fact!), did a great job of negotiating a good selling price between competing offers, etc. I could go on & on. In other words he did exactly what you would expect from a top-notch real estate agent. Highly recommended! Thank you, Wilson! Further note: Had over sixty showings during the week my property was listed!

My wife and I feel so lucky that we hired Mr. Wilson Verduga as our agent, He sold our house in 4 days!!!!! We had a hard time selling the house PRIVATE and then we hired Mr. Wilson Verduga. He gave us a professional review of the house and he walked us through all the procedures in great details, it’s extremely important for a first time home selling. If someone if searching for a true and reliable real estate agent, I would recommend Wilson Verduga. I went to him first to buy my first home. He also was the agent who sold that house in a very good price and found the second house for me in no time.
