Patty is great to work with! She helped me buy my first home, sell it and purchase my next home.  In all three of these situations we were in competition (buying twice and selling),  which we came out the winner every time. Patty gave solid, professional, helpful tips and advice during the search, selling and offer process.

When shopping for a home Patty pointed out little things to take into consideration perhaps the style of home or neighborhood – that I would not have noticed immediately but would have down the road.   She was professional and allowed me to move at my own pace while giving me great tips to consider for my lifestyle to help in my decision.  Putting an offer in on a home in competition is always a tough situation – and Patty guided me through this process (twice)  and made sure I would have been comfortable with the outcome – win or lose (luckily we won)!

When selling our home – Patty came through and gave us little helpful tips to help get our home ready for market in order to get what we wanted out of the sale. It’s so important to listen to Patty’s tips!!   A couple weeks of effort and a small amount of money goes a long way!  To get out house on the market – Patty ensured everything was ready to go at the same time for the best presentation (sign, website, multimedia, photos).  I believe because of Patty’s tips, expertise and commitment to us is why we had 3 offers in 24hrs – and received above asking price.   

Patty is an friendly, professional realtor with a strong sense of values and ethics which always made me feel comfortable working with her.  I’m not moving again soon – but I look forward to working with her again when I do.
