When we decided to sell our house in Brampton and move into the city, we were a little intimidated because we did not have a real estate agent and we were unfamiliar with the Toronto market. We were so fortunate to have met Mary Anne Runnalls on an early condo visit. Thanks to Mary Anne’s hard work, we quickly located and purchased our dream condo which would improve our daily commute from 3 hours in stop-and-go traffic to 20 minutes of walking! Of course, Mary Anne has a deep understanding of the real estate market. However, we were most impressed with Mary Anne’s sensitivity to our needs and quick grasp of the attributes we were looking for in a home. Her outgoing personality, sense of humour, and professionalism made what we anticipated would be a stressful experience into a lot of fun. It was also clear to us that what made Mary Anne such a success was her passion for her work. At her own initiative, Mary Anne would send us property listings at all hours of the day (including between midnight and 6am!). We have referred Mary Anne to many of our friends and they have shared the same sentiments. Most importantly, we now spend our free time enjoying what Toronto has to offer and not worrying about the daily traffic report. Thanks Mary Anne… for helping us free up time for the more important things in life!
